"When Dust Learned to Dance" Original Acrylic Painting 150x90cm

I painted this piece during the Covid lockdown, when everything felt uncertain and time seemed to slow down. With nowhere to go and nothing to distract me, I started noticing the small things, like how dust would move through the sunlight or how quiet the world had become.

This painting is about that strange stillness, but also the subtle beauty that came with it. The earthy tones and layered textures reflect that sense of grounding, but also movement — like even dust was trying to come alive again.
